Tuesday 10am – 12.30pm and Thursday 10.30am – 3pm
The Social Café runs on Tuesdays & Thursdays providing a safe, welcoming, warm space where people can socialise, get some hot food, drinks and take part in a variety of exercises. A range of activities are offered for people to participate in including gentle exercise classes, crafts, board games, quizzes, indoor sports (table tennis, table football, darts) and day trips.

The Food Growing Project also takes place on Tuesdays & Thursdays and allows people of all abilities or levels of experience the opportunity to make new friends, learn new skills, get their hands dirty and most importantly grow some food!!
