Need help with your phone, tablet or laptop? Or just help browsing online? See our Digital Inclusion Volunteers for advice and help to guide you through problems at your own pace. No need to book!

Example problems: making backups, virus removal, printer setup, software setup, managing storage space, password resets, debloating & speeding up your devices.

Please note, we only offer support with digital access and devices – our primary focus is how to use technology effectively, efficiently and safely. We do not provide legal, financial, benefit, employment advice or immigration support.

Our Digital Drop-Ins are staffed entirely by volunteers though Heeley Trust staff are on-site. There may be occasions that sessions cannot run due to volunteer absence.
